Awaken: A Three-Week Kundalini Journey Into Spring
As the winter frost begins to thaw and the Spring Equinox approaches, it’s time to awaken...to our inner power, our truth, and our connection to something greater.
Join me for a three-week morning practice from March 3rd to March 21st, where we’ll gather Monday through Friday at 7 AM MT via Zoom.
Through stretching, movement, breath work, chanting, and stillness, we’ll clear the stagnation of winter and step fully into our heart-centered world.
This season, I’m introducing a new element: a 30-minute walking challenge.
After months of stillness, it’s time to set a new pace, to move forward; physically, energetically and spiritually. Walking is a simple yet powerful practice: anti-inflammatory, balancing for the nervous system, and deeply symbolic of transformation. Together, we’ll walk rain or shine, honoring our commitment to growth, momentum, and renewal.
